- In 1986 Mitch Mortimer submitted a collection of cartoons instead of his assigned work for his Science Fair project. After a shocking 2nd place win amongst stiff competition of assorted paper volcanoes and potato clocks he knew he was onto something big. Tossing his goal of becoming a NASA physicist aside he jumped out into the world illustration.
